Casa Media Luna is built on a private plot in the shape of a crescent moon and is located in the southwest of Ibiza, 5 kilometers from the beach and the beach clubs of Cala Tarida. The modern finca has been completely renovated in 2021.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The rooms are spread over 3 levels. Casa Media Luna has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room is totally unique in its own kind of way. The guest house has its own kitchen, tv and sofa. The house offers free WiFi and all rooms have air conditioning. There are 2 kitchens in the house; one equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave and the other equipped with ceramic hob and oven.
Outdoors
The garden also has 2 outdoor showers. The heated swimming pool of 24m2 with spacious sun terrace forms the heart of Media Luna, which is surrounded by a flowered garden full of palm and fruit trees.There are several terraces on the property: a sun terrace with sea view, equipped with dining table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen including refrigerator, plus a billiards and table football game, a lower terrace with barbecue, fireplace, outdoor kitchen (including fridge and freezer), large dining table and chairs and a winter garden with dining table and chairs, which can be closed by means of shutters, equipped with a fan.and several, partly covered, parking spaces with 2 private entrance gates.
