Villa Margherita could be considered the dream of anyone who wants a great prestige residence, for their vacation, in an oasis of tranquility just a few miles from the famous Ibiza and its lively and vibrant nightlife.
The villa overlooks the sea just inside the enchanting bay of Es Cubells and is disposed toward the rising of the sun that lights up since dawn, and all day long.

The main building, just in front of the sea, is overlooking the large garden and swimming pool, it consists of two large living rooms, a wide kitchen, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms for guests with en suite bathrooms . Adjacent to the kitchen there are a bathroom and a pantry room.
The secondary body has an annex with living room, master bedroom and bath, a fitness area, a spacious sauna with sea views. In addition there’s a flat for servants, utility rooms and a gardening tools warehouse.
The main body also has some patios (all over the living area and the bedrooms) that give the structure a feeling of lightness and airiness. A wonderful roof terrace, exquisitely furnished, gives the final touch of class. It is accessible via a footbridge, harmoniously connected to the secondary body.
